Finding Empowerment through
Curiosity over Judgment

In 10 minutes a day for 10 days, you will focus on simple steps to create less judgment and more curiosity around self-love, self-care, and self-connection. This program includes daily emails with videos and a guidebook, and is a precursor to the 8 week program.

Once you have completed the 10 day Finding Empowerment through Curiosity over Judgment program, you are eligible for the 8 week Overall Health and Wellness program.

With additional tools added on to Curiosity over Judgment, we empower the everyday woman to bravely face life's stresses, burdens, and overwhelms ... regardless of circumstances.

This program provides daily emails, videos, a workbook, group coaching calls, individual check in calls for accountability, and simple daily steps for change.

We also use psychology certified assessments to gauge this programs effectiveness and provide you an in-depth analysis of your journey.
